Research has confirmed that co-op aids students in:

  • Clarifying and Setting Goals
  • Developing Mentor Relationships
Statistical evidence has shown that a co-op experience motivates students to learn, leads to higher GPA’s, and improves student self-confidence.

One study showed that the Student Retention Rate for participants in the Co-op Program was 96%, compared to 52% for the institution as a whole.
