Integrated circuit processing steps; NMOS, CMOS, and Bipolar processes. Model for MOS and Bipolar transistors. Computer aided circuit analysis; SPICE. Basic analog building blocks. Inverter. Cad tools for layout Participation in MOSIS fabrication program.
