AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS
Terms:
Papers are sought in all areas of Electrical Power Engineering.
Full papers are
due on July 1, 2006 (extended deadline).
Papers must be presented by one of the authors in order to be published
in the Conference Proceedings.
The submitting author is responsible for obtaining agreement of all
coauthors and any consent required from sponsors before
submitting a paper. The Local Organizing Committee of
NAPS-2006 and the NAPS International Committee strongly
discourage courtesy authorship. It is the obligation of the
authors to cite relevant prior work.

IMPORTANT
NOTE:
Manuscripts
will be converted to IEEE Xplore PDF format for
publication and digital archiving.
We will
convert the doc manuscript file to PDF. However, if your file
does not convert correctly, we will be unable to fix it, and as
result, we may not be able to include your paper in the IEEE Xplore archive.
In
order to help you ensure proper manuscript preparation,
NAPS-2006 is registered with
IEEE PDF
eXpress. This service
allows you to check if your doc file converts properly to
the IEEE Xplore PDF (Conversion function), and gives
suggestions for changes.
The service becomes available on April 1,
2006 and will continue until July 1, 2006.
Please note that this is not a submission site.
Download instructions on how to
logon and use the conversion function:
