NAPS2006 CONFERENCE REPORT
The 38th North American Power Symposium ended its works successfully on September 19th, 2006 with a tour of the facilities and the labs of the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, SIUC.
Participation:
The Symposium held 180 participants of which 114 were students. Of these 180 participants, 130 (43 professionals and 87 students) came outside SIUC. As many as 15 of the students traveled from outside the USA. We are proud to have hosted students and professionals from:

Technical Papers:
The Conference held 25 technical sessions of 93 papers in all areas of electric power engineering. Initially 116 papers were submitted. Only the papers presented in the conference will appear on the IEEE-XPLORE data base.
