The ECE Department offers graduate programs
leading to the Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. The

Research Areas
Antennas and propagation, photonics, plasma processing, optical computing. Embedded control systems, robotics, MEMS, robust and adaptive control. Bioengineering. Power systems and power electronics. Image and signal processing, neural networks, biometrics, bioinformatics. Wireless communications, detection and estimation theory, communication networkds, stochastic modeling, and sensor networks. Computer architecture, mixed signal testing, hardware-software co-design, synthesis and verification of digital systems, physical design automation, and VLSI testing.
