Students enrolled in either degree program can obtain two Bachelor of Science degrees, in Electrical Engineering and in Computer Engineering, by successfully completing all the requirements of both programs and a minimum of one-hundred-and-fifty credit hours. The following links describe the University core curriculum requirements and requirements for the major. A suggested curriculum guide for a five year program is presented. Credit hour analysis is outlined for the general education, mathematics and basic sciences, required foundation courses and technical elective requirements. |
Admission Process
Once your completed application and other required records are on file at SIUC, it will take about four weeks to notify you by mail about the admission decision. If you have not heard from us after the four-week period, please contact Undergraduate Admissions. We will be glad to check into your status.
You can check your admission status and other information in your file at SIUC through the Internet. Access the SalukiNet home page (then click on "Your Records"). Through these channels, you can receive information about your admission application, financial aid, your Bursar account and, while you're enrolled at SIUC, your class schedule, grades, GPA, and academic status!
Before you begin, have your student ID number (DAWG Tag) and your password ready. Before it can be used on SalukiNet or with other SIUC services it must be activated or?claimed. Once claimed, it can be used on SalukiNet and elsewhere on campus.
