ARRIVAL INFORMATION
2008 Date: February 19, 2008 from 9am to 2pm.
Please make note of the following in order to make everyone's experience an enjoyable and exciting one at this year's Engineering Day.
Parking: For those of you who have a school bus, it would be easy for you to drop off and pick up students at the traffic circle on the south side of the engineering building, and then park in Arena Parking Lot 50. To get to the traffic circle, take Highway 51 to Saluki Drive and then turn right onto Douglas Drive, the traffic circle will be on your left.
For those of you car pooling take highway 51 to Saluki Drive and parking lot will be on your left. There will be a Saluki Shuttle that will drop you off at the Engineering building and take you back to the car at the end of the day. The shuttle will only be able to take 30 passengers’ at a time, so if one is not there at the time of your arrival, please wait and it will be with you shortly.

Registration: First floor foyer between engineering buildings A and E (please see map). Each teacher needs to register their group. We will provide you with a registration packet, which includes name badges, list of games, scorecard for each game and a giveaway. After registration we will take you to your first location for the Mind games.
Registration is from 8:30 am to 9.30 am.
Lunch: Engineering student organizations will be selling pizza and drinks. Each group will have a scheduled lunchtime available to them between activities. Pizza by the slice will be $1 and water and sodas will be $1
Games: Please visit the website for a complete list of games. We have one game that needs to be pre-registered “Keep a Cube”, we can only register 3 students per high school. You can provide us with your student’s names at registration. “Keep a Cube” game: The contestants will form in groups of up to three people and will attempt to construct a container for a cube of dry ice which will prevent the dry ice from melting. Points will be scored by the amount of ice that does not melt.
