Personal History

Dr. Phegley received the Ph.D. degree in Engineering Science at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. A Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from SIUE. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. He has also worked in the natural gas pipeline industry as a control systems engineer.
